What is Dream Space?

Dream Space is the easiest way to receive personalized career support for career challenges both big and small.

We connect you with your own dedicated Career Expert based on your industry and ambition. Then you message using your preferred messaging program.

We support SMS, Facebook Messenger, Viber, WeChat, LINE, Telegram, and, of course, email.

How can Dream Space help me?

Careers are complicated. No matter your profession or your ambition, we all go through times when we could use a little extra support. While your parents, friends, and coworkers can often be a good starting point, a Career Expert enables you to accomplish much more, faster.

How? Well, here are 3 ways.

1. Dedicated Support. Your Career Expert is dedicated to you. There’s no need to self-censor or worry about taking up their time. Go ahead, share some frustrations in real time. Your Expert is there to serve you!

2. Expertise. Your Career Expert is just that — an expert. In addition to relevant industry and capability expertise, all of our Career Experts are skilled at leading high achievers through periods of learning, growth and transition.

3. Accountability. So often we know what we should do (hello, resume refresh!) but need some structure to make it come to life. Your Career Expert is there to translate your goals into action. Need a 3 month plan? No problem — Dream Space can help.

What is a Career Expert?

A Career Expert has expertise in guiding high-achievers through periods of learning, growth, and transition. We prefer “Expert” over “Coach” because coaching is just one of the ways our Experts provide value.

All of our Experts bring specific industry and capability expertise. Many are also certified coaches. Most hold additional certifications and degrees in everything from mindfulness training to clinical psychology. We keep an open mind, but maintain a very high bar.

One thing is certain — we’re highly selective. All Experts must pass our rigorous 5-step acceptance process. Our Experts are the heart of our organization, so we select only those who have demonstrated ability to effect change and empower others.

Getting Started

How do I know which package is right for me?

Great question! We have a list of potential use cases associated with each package.

How does matching work?

After you join Dream Space, you’ll fill out a short intake form about your background, ambitions, preferences, and values.

We will use that information to match you with a Career Expert. You will receive an email from us once you’ve been matched.

You can expect to be matched within 24-48 hours of submitting your intake form.

Can I talk to someone before I sign up?

Once You’re Matched

How do I message my Career Expert?

Once you have been matched, you will receive an email introducing you to your dedicated Career Expert. Typically your Expert will reach out first, although it can differ a little depending on your preferred messaging platform.

Please read your matching email for more info, and if in doubt email us at info@getdreamspace.com.

What am I supposed to say? I don't know what's expected of me.

Not to worry! Your Expert is ready to guide you. The majority of our clients have never used a Career Expert or Executive Coach before, so you’re in good hands.

Together, you and your Expert will define how often you’d like to communicate and in what format. You can expect your Expert to take the lead in the communication, but feel free to message your Expert when you have a question or something to share.

Our rule of thumb: Share authentically, and push yourself out of your comfort zone.

How do I set up a video or voice call?

You can schedule a video or voice call directly with your Expert. If you’re not sure whether you have any video or voice calls remaining, you can ask your Expert or email us at info@getdreamspace.com.

Please note that unused monthly video or voice sessions do not roll over to the next month.

What if I don't like my Career Expert?

We have a 95% satisfaction rating for our Expert matching process so we’re pretty confident you will get along.

Of course, there are always exceptions. If for whatever reason you’re not feeling it, please email us at info@getdreamspace.com and write “Expert Rematch Request” in the subject line.

Plans & Payment

When will I be charged?

You will be charged 3 days after placing your order. This gives you time to fill out your intake form, which is required for us to match you with an Expert. The faster you fill out your intake form, the quicker we can match you!

If you signed up for a quarterly plan, you will be billed 3 months upfront.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to love being a part of Dream Space. Really we do. But we’re also a young company that doesn’t want to get burned by customers looking for policy loopholes.

To meet both of our needs, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we’ll do what we can to make things right.

If you’d like to request a refund, please email us at info@getdreamspace.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line, and tell us a little bit about what’s going on.

How do I cancel my subscription?

No longer in need of Dream Space? Not a problem! You can cancel your subscription plan at any time by emailing us at info@getdreamspace.com. Please write “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

We’ll make sure you do not get charged for any future billing cycles.

How do I change my plan?

Whether you need to flex up or down, we can help you out. Email us at info@getdreamspace.com and write “Plan Change” in the subject line and tell us what you’d like to shift to.
